Hey, I hope to see some of you at the upcoming ISMSP Critical Issues Conference in Florida next week. Denny Cloud and I will be presenting a program we call Supervisor Training...what's that. It is an overview of a four-part supervisor training series. If you can't make it but would like a CD of the overview or all four segments just let me know and I will get it out to you. I will be doing the same presentation at the National Holmes Conference in Albany, NY the week of June 9th and hope to see you there. Both organizations are First Class and the conferences are a great way to meet industry professionals and gather high quality training information. I also have numerous powerpoints to share so if you have a need just drop me a line and I will email you what I have.
